Hotels and flights |
HOTELS Delegates are expected to take care of hotel and flight bookings themselves. Preliminary reservations are made in a choice of hotels in the Helsinki capital city area. It is recommended to make the bookings well in advance as hotels in Finland work with strict booking conditions and deadlines. Advance bookings have been made in: Radisson SAS Hotel, Espoo (500 m from the conference venue) Quote the allotment code: EMAN Sokos Hotel Vaakuna (Helsinki city centre) Quote the allotment code: EMAN 2007 Hotel Arthur (Helsinki city centre) Quote the allotment code: EMAN 2007 Other hotels can be found at: FLIGHTS Concerning the conference flights, a special discount has been negotiated with Scandinavian Airlines for all EMAN 2007 attendees. The discount is applicable on flights operated by SAS, SASBraathens, Blue1, airBaltic, Widerøe, Spanair Cimber Air, and Estonian (exceptions apply for Cimber and Estonian). The discount is valid also on domestic flights and SAS/Lufthansa codeshare flights between Gemany and Scandinavia. To use the discount, please mention The SAS Event Code when booking the flights.
